Lung Ching green tea is a famous Chinese tea. The leaves have a flat shape that resembles dragon scales. The legend of a kind dragon who lived at the bottom of the well and helped the local villagers in times of drought is linked to the tea. The flavour of the finished Lung Ching tea is very rich, grassy, slightly sweet with nutty undertones.
For the preparation of ORIENTAL China Lung Ching Special green tea you will need 8 g of tea and a 0.5l pot. Pour water at 70 °C over the tea and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. You can use the same tea leaves to make a second infusion. This time, pour water at 80 °C and let it infuse for about 2 minutes. Pour the third infusion with water at 90 °C and let it infuse for 2 minutes.
