China Sencha is an ideal tea for everyday drinking.
China Sencha tea is prepared in a 0.5 litre teapot. Pour a total of 10 g of tea into water at a temperature of approximately 80 °C, let it infuse for 2 to 3 minutes, then strain. Pour the second infusion with water at 90 °C and infuse for 2 to 3 minutes.
