China White Monkey is a Chinese tips green tea, the name of which refers to the higher proportion of silvery tips. High-quality, whole, very long leaf with a higher proportion of white hairy tops of tea shoots, rolled into loosely twisted needles, pleases with a sweet herbal aroma. The balanced taste is honey-sweet, pleasantly astringent with woody notes and hints of herbs and pepper.
For the preparation of ORIENTAL China White Monkey green tea you will need 8 g of tea and a 0.5l pot. Pour water at a temperature of 80 °C over the tea and infuse for about 2.5 minutes. It can be watered repeatedly.
