The tea leaves of green tea Chun Mee from ORIENTAL have a typical shape of long crescents (eyebrows). The tea will enchant you with its characteristic, fresh and slightly tart taste with undertones of plum and plum blossom. The infusion has a beautiful golden yellow colour and it is recommended to serve it with richer meals. But Chun Mee tea can be prepared not only as a hot drink, but also in a chilled version. You will get a very refreshing and invigorating drink. This green tea is also packaged in an elegant box, so it will also make a suitable gift.
To prepare a 0.5 litre pot of green tea, pour 10-12 g of tea over 75 °C water and leave to infuse for 2 to 3 minutes. If you prefer a stronger infusion, use more tea leaves, or you can extend the steeping time. The tea can be made into up to 2 infusions. The first brine is poured with water at 80 °C, the second with water at 85-90 °C.
