This product is a single-species herb consisting of the dried and cut flowers of Salvia officinalis. Recommended dosage
Usually 2-3 cups of infusion per day.
Preparation
Pour approximately 5 g over 0.3 litres of boiling water (95 °C), let stand for 10 minutes and strain.
