Puerh is a special, long-fermented black tea (sometimes called red tea), popular and sought-after for its distinctively earthy taste and aroma. It is ideal for your morning and afternoon cuppa, with or without milk. It also tastes excellent when combined with another tea speciality, Lapsang Souchong. Their blend is aptly named 'Living Dead' (a slight exaggeration, but the tea is so strong it could 'wake the dead').

100% Puerh black tea
Preparation
Use 2 teaspoons of tea for every 0.5L of water, pour over 100°C water, and steep for 3–8 minutes (depending on the desired strength of the brew).
