A special black tea (sometimes called red tea), sought after for its distinctive, rich, earthy flavour and aroma. The tea is pressed into a bar with marked-out portions, reminiscent of a chocolate bar. This makes it a great gift alternative for those who don't want to, or can't, indulge in regular chocolate. The portions serve as a guide for the correct amount of tea and make preparation easier.
Preparation
For 0.5L of water, use 1–2 portions of tea. Pour over 100°C water and steep for 5–8 minutes (depending on the desired strength of the brew). This tea is suitable for multiple infusions (one serving can be steeped again).
