Common hawthorn is a deciduous woody plant in the form of a shrub or tree, reaching a height of no more than 8 meters. How to make hawthorn tea? Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons of the mixture into a mug. Pour water at a temperature of 100°C over the herb and let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes. You can add a few drops of lemon or a teaspoon of honey to the cooled tea for a better taste.
