The dryer can produce your favourite jerky as well as delicious homemade yoghurt. All in half the time of standard fruit dryers, which use only hot air for drying. Infrared drying
The main advantage of the dryer is infrared drying, which has the same effect on food as the sun's rays. Infrared preserves all vitamins and minerals, the dried fruit retains its natural colour and aroma. Thanks to the thermal properties of infrared radiation, the Maxxo NIR+ dries food up to twice as fast as conventional hot air dryers.
