Adobe InCopy for teams with Adobe Stock standard assets, Win/Mac, 12 months
Adobe InCopy for teams graphics software enables copy editors, copywriters and graphic designers to work together on publishing projects. The program separates the text from the overall graphic design of the document. This division allows multiple users to work on the same file at the same time without the risk of accidentally overwriting others' edits. Editors and writers format text content, proofread and track changes directly in the page layout, speeding up the completion of the entire project.

Concurrent Work on a Document
Graphic designers and copy editors work simultaneously on one file without blocking each other's access to the data. Designers can edit the visuals and layout of elements in Adobe InDesign, while editors add and edit text content at the same time in Adobe InCopy. This workflow eliminates the need to wait for colleagues to finish their work and has been proven to shorten the time needed for final approval and submission of the entire publication.
Control Over Text and Layout
Copywriters use integrated tools to precisely fit the length of the text to the prepared graphic space. The software accurately displays word divisions at the ends of lines, paragraph breaks and the overall spatial arrangement of text fields in the graphic template of the document. Users can see the actual final appearance of the page even before exporting to print format, thus eliminating typesetting errors. The program offers different viewing modes according to the user's current needs.
Track Changes in Text
The text editor includes advanced tools for reviewing and detailed tracking of editing history in real time. Each logged-in team member can see the history of changes made. These features help prevent chaos across different file versions and simplify the approval process before sending to print. Users can easily compare older versions of the text with the current state.
Graphics Software for Business Teams
The 12-month software licence is intended for a corporate work environment. Electronic distribution via internet download facilitates rapid deployment of the software on two end devices with Windows or macOS operating systems for a single user. This gives businesses a flexible tool to effectively organise their publishing processes. A renewable subscription ensures continuous access to functional updates for the duration of the licence.
Language Localisation
The application fully supports a wide range of languages for international and localised work teams. Users can work in the Czech interface or choose the English version, or other supported European Union languages. This linguistic versatility facilitates the deployment of the software in multinational companies with diverse staff. Switching between language versions is done within the account settings.
