Dosage

For most women, 1 capsule per day is enough, however some need 2 capsules per day. We recommend trying just one capsule a day for 3 weeks. If the effect is not sufficient, we recommend increasing the dose to 2 capsules per day. 1 capsule contains 0.5g of mushrooms, herbs, royal jelly and bee pollen.
