It contains high quality protein, helps boost immunity and is a popular weight loss aid. It is also a very powerful and effective antioxidant, so it helps protect the body from free radicals. Unlike chlorella, spirulina is easily digestible and there is no need to disintegrate its cells
Where does spirulina come from?
The spirulina used to make our tablets is grown on Hainan Island in the South China Sea, where conditions are ideal for cultivation. Here, in tanks of fresh fresh water and under daily quality control, it draws its energy from the sun. The cyanobacteria in the fresh water tanks here draw energy from the sunlight, which, together with the heat, is really abundant all year round. How is spirulina processed? In addition to the method of cultivation, the processing technology is equally important for cyanobacteria. It must be both gentle and high quality so that our bodies can make use of the natural wealth. Unlike chlorella, spirulina is easily digestible and there is no need to disintegrate its cells. The almost final product, the powder, is finally pressed into tablets, without any additives or binders. We regularly check our products and perform independent laboratory analyses in Czech accredited laboratories. We carry out heavy metal and microbiological analyses on every batch of all raw materials that we import from third world, i.e. non-EU countries.
How will spirulina help me?
- Supports weight loss - Spirulina contains amino acids (we will be interested in zj. tyrosine and phenylalanine), quality proteins and carbohydrates - important factors for coping with the so-called. of wolf hunger. Thanks to this, it optimizes appetite, especially for sweets.
- Reduces fatigue and exhaustion - We can thank vitamin B2 and iron for this amazing gift. Iron is responsible for the production of red blood cells, which supply oxygen to the cells. The rush of energy for every cell of your body is already carrying.
- Strengthens failing immunity - And iron is on the scene again! Each daily dose of spirulina contains 17% of the recommended intake of this element. Not only will it boost your immunity, it will also kick-start your metabolism, boost your red blood cells and hemoglobin production.
- Restarts digestion - Heavy meals, lack of vegetables, irregular eating... Do you recognize yourself? Spirulina contains a high proportion of fiber, so it will help the body get rid of waste substances faster. Clean bowels = light mind.
- It starts the natural processes.
When to take spirulina?
Everything is related to everything. Spirulina contains iron, vitamin B2, high quality protein, chlorophyll and folic acid. These elements are important for proper blood formation, regular bowel movements and support of the digestive system (zj. liver, intestines and gallbladder). Taking spirulina will restore the body's natural balance, so one day you may find that you are no longer suffering from "wolf hunger", your weight starts to drop, your mood improves and your skin looks more youthful than before. Such a treasure is hidden in spirulina - the secret of life in balance. Try spirulina when you are in pain:
- Prolonged malaise and fatigue
- Poor digestion
- Weak immunity
- Sweet cravings
- Liver problems
- Anemia
- Recurrent inflammation
- Fluctuations in blood sugar levels
- Lack of vegetables in the diet
What about the combination with chlorella?
Each of the ingredients has a different effect on the body, but when combined, they bring even greater benefits. What chlorella lacks, spirulina makes up for and vice versa. So if you are not sure what is better for you, bet on a combination of both ingredients that comprehensively replenish all the important substances that may be missing in the body and in the natural diet. How else can I use spirulina?
- Whatever! For baked and unbaked desserts to smoothies, puddings or spreads. For this purpose, we recommend the powder form, which is also very popular in the e-shop.
- It is often used in cosmetics for its toning character, skin hydration and its ability to promote skin cell renewal.
