Ceramic Surface and Materials
The body of the casserole dish is made of an aluminium alloy, which ensures fast and even heat distribution. The stainless steel base allows it to be used on induction hobs. The inner non-stick ILAG XERADUR surface is ceramic-based and completely free of harmful substances such as PTFE, PFOA, PFOS and PFAS. It promotes healthy cooking with minimal fat. Cooking and Maintenance
