The Mon range is designed with a four-layer PFLUON non-stick surface. It is also abrasion-resistant, which prevents unsightly scratches. The pots require little to no oil. What's more, the pots are free from PTFE and other toxic chemicals. The outer heat-resistant layer maintains the temperature. The glass lid of the Mon pot lets you easily monitor your cooking, and comes with a stylish wood-effect handle and a silicone rim with a special steam vent, which lets excess steam escape without having to remove the lid. The silicone rim absorbs shocks and prevents the glass lid from breaking if the pot is dropped. The ergonomically shaped handles have a soft-touch surface and wood-effect inserts. The bottom of the Mon pot is reinforced with an anti-deformation disc, which ensures the surface does not warp during use, no matter how high the temperature gets.
