The Rocket Espresso Appartamento is a very compact coffee machine designed for small kitchens and spaces where space is at a premium. At only 274 mm wide and 360 mm high, the Rocket Espresso Appartamento is small in size, but the 1.8l boiler and legendary E61 head ensure the perfect espresso is brewed just right.

E61 head and pressure switch
The E61 head is connected to the water circuit (boiler), the water in the boiler then circulates through the E61 head chamber. The head is thus heated by the water from the espresso boiler and thus contributes to temperature stabilization during extraction. Temperature control based on the relationship between temperature and pressure uses the principle that pressure increases with higher temperature and vice versa. The preset has a sensitive diaphragm that gives the control unit feedback on the pressure and switches the heater on and off accordingly.
Stainless steel arm for steam
The steam arm is designed not to be hot. Only the end nozzle is hot. The milk is therefore not scalded, which also makes cleaning easier. Steam is more efficient because there is no heat loss to the surrounding steam arm. The end nozzle is designed to whip the milk as best as possible. The microprocessor controls the control of the water level in the boiler, its automatic draining, and also solves the indication of low water level in the water container. It is recommended to insert a suitable water filter (softener) into the 2.5 l water tank. It is recommended that the water tank is thoroughly flushed at regular intervals.
