Top-quality espresso without a long wait
Despite the professional specification, Bicocca is ready for use very quickly. The actively heated head and precise temperature control allow the operating temperature to be reached in approximately 8 to 10 minutes, with full steam output available shortly thereafter. Above the head of the machine is a 3.5" HMI touchscreen display, which is the control centre of the Bicocca. It allows up to two volumetric recipes to be programmed, with settings for beverage volume, preinfusion and extraction time for repeatable and accurate results. The clear menu structure makes it easy to fine-tune the parameters according to coffee type and roast level. Features such as automatic on/off according to the calendar help to optimise energy consumption and ensure the machine is heated exactly when you need it.
