Salente Mixi 2L, cooking and vacuum blender
Equip your kitchen with a blender with cooking function and prepare delicious sauces and soups with minimal effort. In the 2-litre glass container of the Salente Mixi 2L blender, you can use the cooking, slow cooking, steaming and, with the optional accessories, vacuum blending functions. Salente Mixi 2L is a high-speed blender with a clear display and a menu of 10 automatic programs: soy milk, cream soup, Slow cooking 85 °C, porridge, classic soup (without blending), children's food/juice, smoothie, cocktail, nut milk and blending program (no cooking). The bottom of the container is coated with Teflon, which prevents burning of sauces, soups or jams.

The Salente Mixi 2L can easily be enriched with additional accessories and thus expand its use with interesting functions. You can buy the Salente Mixi VA accessory to turn it into a vacuum blender. Salente Mixi GR is used for grinding hard foods (coffee, nuts, ice).

If you love candlelight, know that in the Salente blender, preparing it is a total breeze. All the ingredients just need to be put in a container, set the dial to Soup mode and the blender will do the rest. After the set time has elapsed, simply remove the meat and any spices and pour the whipped cream over the cooked mixture, close the lid and start blending. You will receive a manual with the Salente Mixi 2L blender containing a selection of other recipes you might like to try.
