Minerals Solgar Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc 100 tablets
Solgar® Calcium, magnesium and zinc, created by experts, contains calcium and magnesium to support healthy bones, teeth and muscles, important for adults of all ages. Magnesium helps to reduce the rate of fatigue and exhaustion. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails, while protecting cells from oxidative stress.
Does not contain: gluten, wheat, milk, Soy, yeast, preservatives, sweeteners, no artificial flavours or colours
Recommended dosage of minerals Solgar Calcium-Magnesium-Zinc 100 tablets:
Adults take three (3) tablets daily, ideally with food or as directed by a physician.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet. Follow a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. It contains ingredients that may cause the appearance of the tablets to change over time.

Calcium (as carbonate, gluconate, citrate), magnesium (as oxide, bulking agents: maltodextrin, croscarmellose, zinc (as gluconate), acidity regulator: citric acid, polishing agents: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel and coconut oil) and carnauba wax, anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate and vegetable stearic acid.
