The Athler Lion 45 set replaces several dumbbells with different weights. It will allow you to build one-handed dumbbells, two-handed dumbbells, kettlebells and dumbbells connected by the neck. You can easily adjust their weight up to 40 kg, using weights of 1.25, 2.5 and 3 kg. Two sets of composite dumbbells with a connecting neck offer the possibility to place dumbbells with a wider and narrower grip. Adjustable load allows you to adapt the dumbbells to your training goal and current physical condition. They are suitable for biceps strengthening, Shoulder, abdominal muscles, back, chest, legs and triceps.
