Heat the BocioLand cushion in the microwave
To heat the BocioLand heating pad, simply place it in a microwave oven at 600 W for approximately 90 seconds or in an oven set to 130 °C for 10 minutes. Equally, you can place it on another heat source such as a radiator. For cold therapy, it is placed in the freezer for 60 minutes or in the refrigerator for 120 minutes. The BocioLand heating pad helps relieve pain and tension.
