Protein GF nutrition Diamond Whey contains digestive enzymes Opti-7-Digest and probiotics from the British company Lactospore (Bacillus Coagulans), which improve its absorption. It is only minimally sweetened, using a combination of steviol glycosides and sucralose. It is naturally rich in BCAA amino acids and contributes to the maintenance, growth and regeneration of muscle mass. It contains a minimum of carbohydrates and fats, has almost zero lactose content and is gluten-free. Of course, there are no thickeners, artificial flavourings and colourings. Diamond Whey Protein is suitable for vegetarians.

Preparation
Mix one heaped scoop (25 grams) in 250 ml of water. Measuring cup is included.
Recommended dosage
With regard to daily protein intake, take 1-3 doses per day between meals, or as needed. after the end of training. One dose is 25 grams (one heaped scoop).
