The HMS HHW01 is a massage hula hoop with an adjustable length, massage nodes, and a rotating weight. The HHW01 is suitable for waist circumferences from 46 to 105 centimetres. The inside of the hoop is equipped with spring-loaded massage heads that dampen vibrations from the moving anchor and at the same time pleasantly massage the waist area. The intensity of the workout is influenced by the length of the string and the speed at which you rotate your hips. Regular use of the HMS HHW01 can slim your abdomen and waist, and the hip rotation reduces fat tissue in the thighs and buttocks. The individual parts of the hoop are made of high-quality PVC, and the weight is coated with rubber and filled with sand.

Adjustable construction with rail and weight system
The construction of the HHW01 HMS massage hula hoop consists of 24 identical parts that fit together. To close the hoop, you need to use at least 14 pieces, which will then form a circle with an inner diameter of 15 centimetres. If you connect all 24 pieces, the inner diameter will be 34 centimetres. The individual parts conceal a rail into which an anchor, fitted with six ball-bearing wheels, is inserted before closing. A 400-gram weight is attached to the anchor by a length-adjustable string.
Regulate the string length and adjust the workout intensity
The string can be adjusted to a length of 22 to 38 centimetres. Changing the length of the string adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight—the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be. The length of the HHW01 HMS hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough, but at the same time does not fall over the hips. After adjusting the length, the hoop is locked using a connecting piece equipped with levers to operate the lock. The weight is then "thrown" in the direction you will be rotating your hips.
