The HMS H6996 elliptical trainer is a great addition to any home gym. It will allow you to improve your physical condition and strengthen your muscles. The trainer has internal resistance and offers 16 levels of load regulation. The load is taken care of by a 6kg weight wheel, which is braked by an automatically operated magnetic brake. It is equipped with a training computer, which displays the progress of the program on the LCD display, exercise time, distance, calories burned, speed and pulse. This is measured using touch sensors on the handles. Movable handles engage the upper body in the workout.
