Construction of the massage hula hoop
The construction of the HMS HHM13 consists of 12 identical parts, and one part with magnets that connect together. In order to close the hoop, you need to use at least 9 parts. The individual parts contain a rail into which the anchor is inserted before closing, which is fitted with four ball bearing castors. The anchor is attached to a 380 g (weight) by a length-adjustable strap.±20 g). The string can be set to a length of 15-30 centimetres, by changing the length of the string the resulting centrifugal force of the weight is set - the longer the string, the "heavier" the weight will be.
Classical and magnetic massage
Each of the HMS HHM13 parts is fitted with a massage cap on the inside, which is spring loaded. The parts absorb vibrations from the rotating weights and at the same time massage the waist area. Massage increases blood circulation to the skin, the lymphatic system is activated and fatty tissue is disrupted and broken down. The 13th part is additionally equipped with 8 negatively polarized magnets, which, when connected to the massage, direct the blood circulation and the lymphatic system and thus accelerate the metabolism.
The principle of use
The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. Model HHM13 is suitable for waist circumference from 60 cm to 96 cm. Once the length has been set, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. The weight will then be "thrown" in the direction that you twist your hips and you will begin your workout. The intensity of the workout is influenced by the speed at which you twist your hips and the length of the string on which the weight is attached.
Features of BR163
Thanks to the elasticated neoprene and Velcro fastening, the BR163, which is part of the HMS HHM13 kit, adapts perfectly to the body, adheres to the waist area, and thus reduce the cooling of the skin, by increasing the temperature below the waist, the skin begins to sweat and this starts to disrupt the fat cells. The BR163 is fitted with a mesh on the inside to facilitate sweat removal and ensure air microcirculation.
