HMS LS 3050 under barbell

The HMS LS 3050 Adjustable Bench is a multi-functional workout station equipped with a biceps support and a pre-kick mechanism that allows for an extensive range of exercises with both one- and two-handed dumbbells. Thanks to the wide range of adjustment and the possibility of using the dead angle, the bench is ideal for targeted training of upper and lower body muscle groups, including the chest, Shoulder, triceps, biceps, forearms and lower limbs. Robust steel construction with 40 × 80 × 2 mm profile provides maximum stability under load, while the ergonomically shaped backrest and seat are covered with durable leatherette material. The adjustable backrest allows the angle to be changed in 6 cm increments and the biceps adapter can be adjusted in height in three steps from 89 to 103 cm.
