The Housefit SPIRO 20i treadmill is very easy to control with the rotary wheel. It has an LED display that displays time, speed, calories, distance and heart rate. Use the quick keys to easily change the speed to predefined values of 3, 6, 9 and 12 km/h and the incline of the belt. The treadmill offers 70 presets and 5 user programs to help you achieve your training goals.

The Housefit SPIRO 20i treadmill has heart rate sensors on the handles, through which you can check your heart rate in real time. It offers MP3 connectivity, built-in speakers that allow you to listen to music during your workout, a tablet holder and a drink bottle holder. The belt can be stopped at any time using the safety lock. Transport wheels ensure easy handling. The belt can also be folded to save space during storage.
Housefit SPIRO 20i can be connected to apps
Housefit SPIRO 20i can be connected to your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, where you can download the Kinomap or Zwift apps. The Zwift app offers game-based training in a 3D virtual environment, the ability to set goals and create a training plan. The app can be linked to Apple Health, Strava, Training Peaks, Today's Plan, Garmin Connect and Map My Fitness. The Kinomap app lets you enjoy your workout accompanied by preset routes. The Housefit SPIRO 20i treadmill is designed for home use according to DIN EN957.
