LifeFit Body Trimmer

The LifeFit Body Trimmer is a simple tool for everyday home strengthening of pectoral muscles, thighs and arms. It works on the simple but effective principle of spring resistance. Squeezing the arms of the machine with the legs can be used to strengthen the outer and inner thighs in a short time and squeezing the arms of the machine with the arms can strengthen the pectoral muscles, biceps, triceps and other muscle groups of the upper half of the body. In addition, exercise will be very comfortable, as the arms of the exerciser are covered with a layer of smooth foam. Safety is further enhanced by moisture resistance as well as health-safe materials.
