Johnson Drive System and Ultimate Deck cushioning
The DC Johnson Drive System with a continuous power output of 3.25HP adjusts the drive's operation with each footfall. The motor lets you change the speed from 0.8 to 20km/h, and the electric system adjusts the incline of the running surface up to 15%. The Ultimate Deck uses a frame with a 25.4mm thick platform, impact cushioning, and a 1.6mm thick two-ply running belt.
XIR console with a 16" HD display
Use the 16" capacitive touchscreen to set up your workout, track your metrics and enjoy multimedia content directly on the Matrix Fitness TF30 XIR treadmill. The console displays time, distance, speed, pace, heart rate, calories, power in watts, METS value, elevation, and current and previous incline. It also includes a web browser and integrated 2×5W speakers.
Connectivity and multimedia features
The Wi-Fi connection is used for the web browser, entertainment apps, and software updates for the Matrix Fitness TF30 XIR treadmill. The HDMI port allows you to mirror the screen from your phone, tablet, or media streaming device to the console display. Use the front USB port to play music and videos from compatible devices or install updates. The rear USB port is not active. The console supports most Android phones and tablets, Windows devices, and MP3 players.
Training programmes and Bluetooth FTMS
The console lets you choose from cardio programmes controlled by your metrics, create your own workouts, and repeat exercises saved in your activity calendar. The selection includes 2 Virtual Active courses, where the visuals adapt to your training speed, and the Sprint 8 interval programme. Bluetooth FTMS enables you to connect to compatible training and coaching apps. The Matrix Fitness TF30 XIR treadmill also supports the ViewFit and Passport systems.
