The NordicTrack T Series 6.5S treadmill features a 5" Backlight display that shows basic workout data. You can rest your tablet or mobile phone on the holder at the bottom of the display and log in to your iFIT account. The homepage will then show you the workout according to your personal plan. The iFIT app tracks your performance during exercise and automatically changes the tilt range and speed from 0-16 km/h according to your needs and goals. If you connect your own Bluetooth-enabled heart rate sensor, the app can vary the intensity of your workout to keep you in your target heart rate zone with ActivePulse.
NordicTrack T Series 6.5S saves your joints
Once your workout is over, you can simply lift and transfer the NordicTrack T Series 6.5S treadmill. The belt allows you to adjust the speed from 0-16 km/h, so you can go from walking to sprinting in seconds. When walking and running, you'll appreciate the cushioned tread plate, which absorbs shock, saves joints and contributes to comfort during exercise. The treadmill also offers inclines of up to 10%.
Treadmill reaches full potential with the iFIT app
The iFIT app allows you to use the treadmill to its maximum potential. You can follow trainers from the ranks of professional athletes and fitness training experts and use it not only when training on the treadmill, but also outside of it. The app contains more than 10,000 workouts, including outdoor workouts. You can try weight training, yoga, HIIT and other exercises. The iFIT app can sync with services such as Strava, Garmin, Google Fit and Apple Health. All your fitness data can be stored in one place. You can also use Google Maps to create your own route and watch Street View images change at your pace.
