The bar has a unique composition with Palatinosa disaccharide with gradual release of energy, Beta-alanine and lecithin (BCAA). It is suitable for athletes and is recommended for sports activities longer than 1.5 hours. Slowly digestible Palatinosa sugar provides the muscles and brain with enough energy, which unlike other sugars, the body digests in a longer period of time, which is about 2 hours. Branched chain amino acids BCAAs will then increase your performance, reduce fatigue, support muscle glycogen stores, protect muscle tissue and also help it grow.
