Ingredients
Native whey isolate (75%), instant whey isolate (21%) (cross-flow microfiltered whey isolate, soy lecithin emulsifier), cocoa powder, aroma, Digezyme enzyme complex (amylase, cellulase, lactase, lipase and neutral protease), sweeteners (acesulfame-K, sucralose), Bacillus Coagulans (Lactospore).

Preparation and dosing
Mix a 30 g dose (3 aligned 25 ml scoops) in 300 ml of water or low-fat milk in a shaker or blender. Take 2-3 servings a day. It is best to consume immediately after mixing. Do not leave the already mixed product in the heat for a long time. The measuring cup contained in the package measures the volume, not the weight. Use a scale to accurately measure the dose. The product is packed on the scale, not on the number of doses.
