The Sharp Shape Headband Enables Both Cold and Heat Therapy
For cold therapy, simply place the Sharp Shape headband in the freezer or refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Before putting it on your head, check that its temperature is suitable. If you want to use the headband for heat therapy, place it in the microwave and heat it for 20 seconds. If necessary, repeat the heating in 5-second intervals until the headband reaches the optimal temperature.
