Are you thinking about buying a high-quality gym ball to help keep your back upright and healthy? Gym balls are a favourite tool for all physiotherapists in rehabilitation exercises. They help relieve spine pain and strengthen your back muscles. The Sissel exercise ball is made of a high-quality and durable material that ensures a long-lasting life without risk of spontaneous discharge.

Why is this ball the right one for you?

• It is extremely crack resistant
• Load capacity up to 165kg
• Suitable for professional use
• Smooth and non-slip surface
• Does not contain phthalates

It's safe

Securemax Pro guarantees 100% safety and thanks to its three-layer material, it guarantees a breaking resistance of up to 165kg. It ensures that the ball does not crack when it is accidentally punctured, instead the air will slowly run out of it - avoiding injuries that a cracked ball may cause! Due to its highly durable design, it is also used in physiotherapy.

What kind of workout is it good for?

In addition to helping to improve physical fitness, it also increases the mobility of joints and bones. It is one of a few irreplaceable aids in rehabilitation facilities and fitness centres. However, it is increasingly used for home exercises or in offices where it corrects posture whilst sitting on a computer.

How to choose the right ball size?

When choosing the size of a gymnastic ball, the weight and height of its user plays a major role.

• 90-150cm – O 45cm
• 150-165cm– O 55cm
• 160-180cm– O 65cm
• 180cm and more - About 75cm

If your body weight exceeds 100kg, it is advisable to choose a larger diameter ball to make sitting more comfortable.
