Easy to prepare for cooling and heating
Prepare the Spophy pack as needed. For cold therapy, place it in the fridge for a maximum of 2 hours or briefly in the freezer. If you need to warm the tissue, immerse the pack for about 4 minutes in hot water up to 80°C. Whether you are cooling or heating the pack, never apply it directly to the skin. Always use an intermediate layer, such as a thin cloth or the included protective textile sleeve.
