Squash Rackets

When choosing a squash racket, choose mainly according to your game level:

Beginner - heavier racket, weighing around 180 grams. It will not tire your hand and provides harder hits and good handling.
Intermediate player - racket weighing 160 grams, which allows a more aggressive style of play.
Competitive player - racket from more sophisticated materials, weighing about 120 grams. Requires very precise strike technique.
