Thera-Band 2m gold

The Thera-Band is an effective and versatile exercise tool that allows you to exercise your entire body while being gentle on your joints. It helps improve posture, promotes balance, strengthens muscles and helps reduce the risk of injury. It can be used in fitness centres, home training and rehabilitation facilities. Due to the low load on the joints it is also suitable for people with movement limitations or after injuries. It can be used as an exercise tool by people of different ages. The level of difficulty is clearly differentiated by eight coloured levels, each of which is 25% stronger than the previous one. The force required to stretch the rubber to twice its original length corresponds to a load of approximately 6.5 kg.
