The TRINFIT Gym GX3 multifunctional fitness tower is designed for regular fitness training. Thanks to its sophisticated design and a range of adapters, the tower allows you to practice over 50 different exercises on all muscle parts in just 2 m². The robust steel construction complemented by bearings in the pulleys and quality steel cables coated with special plastic ensures safe exercise and a long service life of the machine. The easy adjustment of the seat and adapters allows the tower to be adapted for people from 150 to 185 cm, while ensuring the use of physiologically correct exercise positions. The model has unique one-handed adjustable peck-deck adapters for very natural movement and maximum sensation of the pectoral muscles. The weights are designed using classic bricks, thanks to the gearing it allows exercises with weights up to 100 kg on selected adapters. Setting the desired weight is quick and easy. The tower is very quiet, allowing operation at any time of day without disturbing neighbours or other people in the apartment.

Training stations
The multifunctional design of the machine allows you to exercise all muscle groups, the whole tower has a sophisticated, easy-to-use load setting and position of adapters. So you can quickly and easily adapt the habitat to your body and needs. The tower's seat can be adjusted in height (height from the ground: 50-60 cm).
Seated push-ups with back support simulate exercises on the bench press and are used to exercise the upper part of the body such as the chest, back muscles, or arm muscles, etc.
Upper pulley used to pull the pulley from above to strengthen the back muscles or triceps with the possibility of fixing the legs on foam knee stops
The Head Pulley focuses on isolated triceps and abdominal muscle training
Bottom pulley is designed for exercises such as rowing, biceps strengthening and many other exercises
Special adjustable footrests are for a comfortable and stable fit when rowing
Bicep support - the height of the support is adjustable in 5 positions and the height of the top edge is between 85-95 cm from the ground
