The HMS Premium TX08 Gymnastics Rings are ideal for training with your own weight, especially for the upper half of the body. Circle exercises require strength, coordination and a lot of practice - instability requires more strength than e.g. Exercise on the machine to exercise your muscles and coordination more effectively. The rings themselves are made of selected wood, which guarantees long life and durability. Also included are straps finished with a carabiner. The seams are sewn using high quality thread. For easy adjustment of the same height of both rings, the straps are equipped with a numerical scale.
