Heat therapy, on the other hand, helps with recovery and relieves pain associated with arthritis or Achilles tendon inflammation. This lets you target specific problems and promote healing.

Comfortable compression and functional material

The sleeve is designed to fit snugly around the ankle and instep without the need for straps or Velcro. The elastic Lycra fabric ensures 360° compression, which helps to reduce swelling. Inside, there is a medical-grade gel that adapts to the shape of your foot. This 10mm gel layer maintains the desired temperature, whether cool or warm, for the entire recommended application time.

Easy to use and maintain

Using the sleeve is simple. For cold therapy, place it in the freezer for 1–2 hours. If you need a warm compress, heat it in the microwave for approximately 45 seconds. Then, place the sleeve on clean, dry skin for 15–20 minutes. You can repeat the application 2–3 times a day. Maintenance is also easy; just wipe the sleeve with a damp cloth. It is not intended for washing or soaking. For storage, you can place it in a resealable bag, which is especially practical for keeping it in the freezer.
