Practical spray packaging allows you to control the amount and spread the butter evenly. Pressing the dispenser for one second releases 1.8 ml of oil.

Ghee Spray with Avocado Oil offers a high smoke point of 195°C, so it does not burn through. You can use it for baking, frying, roasting meat, greasing baking trays and moulds and for seasoning salads. By transfatting the butter and thereby reducing the milk protein, the lactose content was reduced to less than 0,01 g per 100 ml.
