You can easily adapt the flaxseed cushion to your needs. For warming relief, simply heat it in the microwave or place it on a radiator. The heat helps to release tension in the abdomen or back. If you need a cool compress, for example to reduce mild swelling, just put the cushion in the freezer for a short while. The flaxseeds effectively maintain the desired temperature.
