The kit contains two light sources (a lamp and a pilot lamp). The pilot lamp light output can be adjusted to match the flash, i.e. it is a secondary light source. The main illumination is supplied by the flash after pressing the camera shutter.
In equipped studios or at home, a high-quality digital SLR camera for optimal lighting conditions is a must-have. Studio flashes can be purchased at very low prices, while flashes for photo studios hold very good quality and performance.
