The pan is compatible with all types of hobs and can also be used in the oven.

The inside of the pan has a SAPPHIRE ceramic surface, which offers high hardness and non-stick properties. Its features let you prepare healthier meals with just a small amount of oil. This finish is scratch-resistant, which enables the use of non-sharp metal utensils without risk of damage. The composition is completely free of harmful substances such as PFAS or PFOA. The cast aluminium base efficiently accumulates and distributes heat over the entire surface.
