The Swiss Haus SAPPHIRE pot, with a 20cm diameter and a 2.7L capacity, is a versatile helper for everyday cooking. Its cast aluminium body ensures even heat distribution, while the inner SAPPHIRE ceramic non-stick surface lets you prepare meals with minimal fat. The pot is suitable for all hob types, including induction. The Soft Touch handles are comfortable to hold. A glass lid with a steam vent is included in the package.

Materials and construction for even cooking

The core of the pot is a cast aluminium body, which conducts heat excellently across the entire surface. This ensures even cooking without food burning in hotspots. The bottom features a reinforced induction base, which not only improves heat distribution but also contributes to full stability on the hob. This makes the pot suitable for all types of cookers.

Healthy cooking on a non-stick surface

The inside of the pot is coated with a SAPPHIRE ceramic layer that prevents food from sticking. Its non-stick properties let you cook with a minimal amount of fat, contributing to healthier meal preparation. Furthermore, the surface contains no harmful substances such as PFOA, PFAS, lead or cadmium. Your food therefore doesn't come into contact with any potentially hazardous chemicals.

Comfortable handling and maintenance

For easy and safe handling, the pot is equipped with Soft Touch handles that are non-slip and comfortable to hold. You can monitor the cooking process through the glass lid, which has a vent for releasing excess steam. The pot can also be used for baking in the oven, as it withstands temperatures up to 180°C (without the lid). After use, simply place it in the dishwasher.

When using in the oven, insert only the pot without the glass lid. The maximum temperature for oven use is 180°C.
