The Swiss Haus SAPPHIRE pot is a reliable companion for everyday cooking. Its die-cast aluminium body ensures fast and even heat conduction, while the inner SAPPHIRE ceramic non-stick surface lets you prepare meals with a minimal amount of fat. You can use the pot on all types of hobs, including induction. It includes a glass lid with a steam vent, making it easy to monitor your cooking.

Healthy cooking with a non-stick surface

The inside of the pot is coated with a SAPPHIRE ceramic surface, which stands out for its non-stick properties and increased scratch resistance. This lets you cook more healthily with minimal oil or other fat, without your food sticking. What’s more, the surface is safe for your health and free from PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium, so it doesn't release any harmful substances into your food.

Efficient and even heating

The body of the pot is made of die-cast aluminium, which heats up quickly and evenly. The bottom is complemented by a reinforced induction base for efficient heat distribution across the entire surface, preventing hotspots and making cooking more effective. The ergonomically shaped handles with a non-slip Soft Touch finish ensure safe and comfortable handling of the hot cookware.

Versatile use and easy maintenance

The Swiss Haus SAPPHIRE pot is designed for the widest possible use. It is suitable for all types of hobs – gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction. You can also place the cookware without the lid in the oven and bake dishes at up to 180°C. Easily check on your cooking through the glass lid, which has a vent for excess steam to escape. After use, both the pot and lid can be washed in the dishwasher.
