All pans and saucepans in this set have a new, non-stick, Titanium Pro coating on the inside and a non-stick coating on the outside the outside, making them really easy to both cook with and to clean afterwards. In addition, the frying pans have a Thermo-Spot temperature indicator, which will let you know when the pan has reached the ideal cooking temperature. The removable handle is a clever and unique feature, which not only saves storage space, but also allows you to place all pans and saucepans in the oven. This set can be used with gas, electric, glass ceramic and induction hobs.
