Benefits of the Compact pot
The unique shape of the lid handle also allows you to conveniently rest it on the rim of the pot while cooking. Liquids from the resting lid don't drip onto your worktop, but instead return to the pot, keeping your hob and kitchen counter clean during cooking. The specific shape of the COMPACT cookware handles is also excellent for comfortably and safely straining cooked food directly from the pot with the lid on, without needing oven gloves, a pot holder or a tea towel.
