The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that magnesium deficiency has been emerging in the population in recent years. During pregnancy, breastfeeding or intensive training, the need for magnesium naturally increases, and with it the demands for its intake in the diet increase. However, the amount of magnesium in the diet decreases with increasing food processing. Magnesium in the form of malate is a highly absorbable form. Compared to other forms, it is very well tolerated and causes a minimum of side effects. Combining several forms of magnesium into one product does not make sense to us at Verra. Instead, we have developed two products for you to use according to your individual needs. Need an energy boost in the morning? Take Verra magnesium malate in the morning. Do you need a good night's sleep and regeneration? Take Verra magnesium bisglycinate in the evening.

Recommended dosage
Take 2-3 capsules daily after breakfast. If combined with Verra Magnesium Bisglycinate, take only 1-2 capsules of Verra Magnesium Malate in the morning and 1 capsule of Verra Magnesium Bisglycinate in the evening.
