Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose contains 4 capsules. Take two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon or evening. Wash down with plenty of water. About your Menopause contains fat-soluble vitamins and without the presence of fats, these vitamins are not absorbed by the body.
