Recommended dosage
The recommended daily dose contains 4 capsules. Take two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon or evening. Wash down with plenty of water. For easy integration into your daily routine, we recommend taking the product every day, ideally at the same time of day. About your Skin contains fat-soluble vitamins and without the presence of fats, these vitamins are not absorbed by the body. The product is suitable for long-term use in accordance with the recommended dosage. The duration of use is individual and may vary according to personal preference and lifestyle.
Notice
It is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Not intended for children under 10 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Keep out of reach of children. Caution, it contains turmeric, which may stain. Coffee and other caffeinated beverages may interfere with the absorption of certain nutrients, so we recommend a time gap of at least 1-2 hours between consumption and use of the product. Alcohol may adversely affect the absorption of some substances, so we recommend not to take the product at the same time as consuming alcohol.
Storage
